Three, start the operation method
The above inspection and preparation work can only be started after completion.
1. Start the lubrication system and start the ventilation and water supply system at the same time.
2. According to the technological process, start the ore conveying system at the lower part of the crusher.
3. Start the jaw crusher with no load.
4. After normal operation, start the ore feeding system to feed ore.
5. The startup is complete.

Four, stop operation and emergency stop processing
1, when the crusher stops, all ores must be discharged before stopping.

(4) When the motor smokes and "sweeps the chamber".
5, emergency stop shall meet the following requirements:
(1) When the bearing stops due to high temperature, it is not allowed to stop immediately.
(2) When the machine is shut down at high temperature, the ore feeding should be stopped first, the oil quantity should be increased, forced air cooling or water cooling should be carried out, and the machine can be shut down only after the bearing temperature drops.
Precautions for safe operation of verb (abbreviation of verb)
