1. Before applying sealant, please preheat the glue coating equipment. The heating time is generally more than 2 hours.
2. The clamping force in the heated glue pot must be properly controlled. If too much is used, the colloidal solution will melt in sequence, causing the mold to become brittle and the viscosity to decrease, affecting adhesion.
3. When performing bonding and shaping work during the glue opening time, be sure to cool the attached water to room temperature.
4. The melting system temperature is high. Don't touch it with your hands. To avoid burns, always use safety equipment when working.
In the actual performance of pearl cotton hot melt adhesive, the key points to consider are: the place where it is used must be naturally ventilated and avoid using fire. Avoid contact of molten raw materials with eyes and skin; if molten raw materials come into contact with skin, immediately soak the skin in water or wash with cold water.
