Franchise license application process:
1. The franchisor submits paper materials for application filing to the acceptance window to obtain the commercial franchise management system login number and password;< /p>
2. After obtaining the login number and password, the franchisor logs into the "Commercial Franchise Information Management System" of the Ministry of Commerce, fills in the filing materials accurately and completely in accordance with the system requirements, and informs the window department after completion. Electronic versions of relevant materials required to be submitted in the system should be uploaded as scanned copies of the original documents in PDF format;
3. The window department will send the paper materials to the review department, and the review department will review the franchisor’s paper and system The filing information will be reviewed. Application materials that meet the regulations will be filed within 10 days from receipt of the materials, announced on the commercial franchise information management system, and a filing certificate will be issued to the franchisor. If the submitted application materials are incomplete, the applicant is required to submit supplementary information within 7 days. The applicant shall be registered and announced within 10 days from the date when the supplementary information is complete, and a registration certificate shall be issued to the franchisor.

The commercial franchise (hereinafter referred to as "franchise") as mentioned in these Regulations refers to companies with registered trademarks, corporate logos, Enterprises that operate resources such as patents and proprietary technologies (hereinafter referred to as franchisors) license their operating resources to other operators (hereinafter referred to as franchisees) in the form of contracts. The franchisees will operate under a unified business model in accordance with the contract. Carry out business activities under the franchisor and pay franchise fees to the franchisor.
Other units and individuals other than enterprises may not engage in franchise activities as franchisors.
