1. It is caused by excessive wear of the paper cutter blade, because the blade becomes thinner after each sharpening. It will wear out, that is, it will get shorter and shorter. Generally, it is advisable to grind it 2-3 times;
2. The screw on the blade is not tightened or the screw fixing the blade is not tightened, causing looseness;
3. If the above situation does not exist, program-controlled tool adjustment is required. In the past, the tool was adjusted externally, but now the latest model is to adjust the tool in the program. What does it mean? It means adjusting the tool through the program. Come and adjust the blade down about 2 mm so that you can cut the bottom of the knife.
4. Check whether the height of the tool shim is appropriate;
5. Check whether there is any fault in the rotation of the tool holder. If there is any problem, it needs to be eliminated;
6. If none of the above methods are available, there is a trick. This is a last resort, which is to put a piece of paper underneath to ensure the bottom of the cutter.
