The form of quayside container crane depends on its working characteristics and functions. At present, thousands of quayside container cranes in the world have different styles due to different manufacturers and docks, but the basic forms are not very different. The front beam, the main beam and the rear beam are supported by the doorframes on the sea side and the land side, and suspended by the front and rear tie rods connected by the trapezoidal frame; The sea side and land side door frames are connected with door frame beams through diagonal braces; The running trolley hangs the special container spreader through the hoisting wire rope and runs back and forth along the tracks installed on the front main beam, the main beam and the back beam; The driving mechanism and electrical equipment are generally placed on the main beam or the back beam; For the convenience of drivers, the cab is generally arranged at the lower part of the running car.

In recent years, with the development of container transportation, container ships have become larger and larger in order to reduce transportation costs. At present, ships with container load of 6 000 TEU to 8 000 TEU, 10 000TEU or more will be put into operation soon. At the same time, in some container terminals, in order to facilitate the various shipping operations of ships and the operations of port maintenance personnel, the size between the berthing track and the fender is widened. In this way, new requirements are put forward for the form of quayside container crane, and the main technical parameters have changed accordingly.

At present, the extension distance of the quayside container crane reaches 70m, the extension distance reaches 25m, the gauge is generally 26m~30m, and the lifting height reaches 35m~40m, which is the so-called super Panama mode.

The main technical parameters were improved. When the users of container ports constantly pursue the quayside container cranes with increased longitudinal extension, gauge and lifting height, they also demand that the productivity of this super Panama type cannot be reduced or even improved. In order to meet this requirement, the main technical parameters, especially the speed parameters, have been improved accordingly. The fully loaded/unloaded lifting speed reaches 90/ 180m/min, the trolley running speed reaches 240m/min, and the rated lifting weight reaches 65t~70t.

2. Multi-purpose gantry crane

Multi-purpose portal crane is a variant product of ordinary portal crane. Its structure is basically the same as that of a general portal crane. Multi-purpose portal crane is equipped with different loading and unloading accessories and corresponding additional devices according to needs, which can load and unload containers, groceries and bulk cargo. It can also be equipped with electromagnetic sucker for loading and unloading scrap steel. During container operation, the center of mass of the container keeps horizontal displacement during the whole luffing process, which is beneficial to the container entering and leaving the grid guide rail and stacking operation of the container ship. When the crane rotates, the spreader has the ability of reverse synchronous rotation to ensure that the longitudinal horizontal axis of the container is always parallel to the crane track. It is convenient for container alignment and can effectively improve container loading and unloading efficiency.

3. High mast crane with rubber tires.

Bridge container tire crane is a kind of container crane developed on the basis of tire crane. It not only has the characteristics of strong maneuverability and low site requirements of tire crane, but also has the characteristics of horizontal movement of goods, high cab off the ground, convenient operation, high hinge point of boom and convenient unloading operation of portal crane.

4.RTG container crane

Tire container gantry crane is a special machine for stacking container goods. It consists of a portal bracket, a power transmission system, a hoisting mechanism, a cart running mechanism, a trolley running mechanism and a telescopic spreader. The traveling trolley equipped with container spreader walks along the main girder track to carry out container loading, unloading and stacking operations. The tire walking mechanism can make the crane walk on the freight yard, and it can work for 90? Right-angle steering, moving from one freight yard to another, flexible operation.

5.RMG container crane

Rail-type container gantry crane is mainly used for container loading, unloading, handling and stacking in container railway transit and large container storage and transportation yard.

The rail-type container gantry crane consists of main beam, rigid and flexible door legs, running trolley, hoisting mechanism, trolley running mechanism, electrical system and operation room. According to the operation technology of the parking lot, the cantilever extending in the direction of single door leg or double door leg becomes a single cantilever or double cantilever model, and does not extend into a cantilever-free model. According to the site, container storage and transportation technology and loading and unloading vehicles (container trucks or railway vehicles), different structural forms such as no cantilever, single cantilever and double cantilever are determined.

1. Freight container straddle carrier

Container straddle carrier is a special container loading and unloading machine used in container terminals and container transfer stations. Its function is to realize the horizontal transportation and stacking of containers and the loading and unloading of container semi-trailers.

2. Cargo container front stacker.

Container crane is a kind of container loading and unloading machinery used to complete container loading and unloading, stacking and horizontal transportation. It has the advantages of strong maneuverability, high working efficiency, safety and reliability, simple and comfortable operation, and is an ideal loading and unloading machine for freight yard.

3. Freight container forklift.

Container forklift is a special forklift developed from ordinary forklift to meet the special needs of container loading and unloading operations. It is mainly used for container loading and unloading, stacking and short-distance handling, and is one of the commonly used loading and unloading equipment in container terminals and freight yards. Generally, a top lifting accessory (spreader) is installed in front of the gantry, which is connected with the container through a rotary lock and lifted from the top; Forks can also be inserted into the fork groove at the bottom of the container to lift and transport the container.

Container forklifts are divided into front container forklifts and side container forklifts according to their structural forms. The front container forklift is a commonly used form at present. Side container forklifts are similar to ordinary side forklifts. When loading and unloading containers, move the gantry and fork to the side, and then take back the container after the fork and put it on the cargo platform for handling. You can also install top lifting fittings for lifting. Compared with the front container forklift, the lateral dimension of the side container forklift is much smaller and the required channel width is narrower (about 4m). The load center of the container is between the front and rear wheels, which has good walking stability and uniform wheel pressure distribution. However, the structure and operation of the side container forklift are complicated, the driver's sight is poor and the loading and unloading efficiency is low.

4. Freight container automatic loading and unloading machine

The container dump truck group consists of container tractor, container semi-trailer and loading and unloading mechanism.

Container dump trucks can load, unload and transport containers by themselves without other loading and unloading machinery, which is suitable for places with small container traffic and no lifting and loading equipment. Because the container self-loading dump truck group has large self-weight and loading and unloading mechanism, it is more suitable for short-distance "door-to-door" transportation or as a connecting device between container ports, stations and highways.

5. Freight container ro-ro trucks.

The container ro-ro ship group consists of a ro-ro tractor, a connecting device and a ro-ro semi-trailer.

The container ro-ro ship group is only applicable to special container ro-ro ships, and the whole truck group only runs between the ro-ro ship and the port freight yard. Generally speaking, after the ro-ro ship arrives in Hong Kong, the tractor of the ro-ro ship enters the cabin through the springboard hinged with the stern door, stern door or side door, and drags the ro-ro semi-trailer full of containers to the wharf freight yard; Or drag the ro-ro semi-trailer into the ro-ro cabin. Ro-ro semi-trailers generally stack two layers of containers.
