New type:
1-2,500/year in 3 years; 4-6 years 4000/ year; 7- 10 8000/ year
(The days before 10. 1. 1 are from year 4 to year 6: 5000, from year 7 to year 9: 9000, 10: 18000).
New style:
1-2,500/year in 3 years; 4-6 years, 3500/ year; 7- 12 5000/ year
(The days before 10. 1. 1 are from year 4 to year 6: 5000, from year 7 to year 9: 9000, 10 to 12: 18000).
Note: For patent applications whose filing date is before 20 10 1, but the actual hearing request date is later, the charging standard before revision shall be implemented. In addition, if the applicant withdraws the patent application before the examiner issues the notice of first examination or the notice of reexamination opinions, he may apply for returning the substantive examination fee or reexamination fee.
