Who are the reviewers of the patent?

Patent reviewers include inventors, applicants and patent examiners.

Patents are intellectual property rights that protect inventions and creations, and their authorization process requires patent review. After a patent application is submitted, a patent examiner will review the application materials to determine whether the patent meets the conditions for authorization. The examiner may consult and ask questions to the inventor or applicant regarding the technical content of the patent, and may require additional submissions. Inventors and applicants must actively respond to requests and provide necessary support. Ultimately, based on the review results, the Patent Office will decide whether to grant the patent, and if so, issue a patent certificate.

In some cases, such as patent transfer or licensing, the patentee may need to consult a lawyer or other professionals for help. At this time, lawyers or professionals can also serve as one of the patent reviewers and provide consultation and services to the patentee.
