If the due date is a legal holiday, the due date shall be 1 working day after the holiday. Statutory holidays include all citizens' holidays as stipulated in Article 2 of the National Holidays and Remembrance Day Holidays Measures issued by the State Council, and weekly rest days as stipulated in Article 7, paragraph 1, of the Regulations on Working Hours of Employees in the State Council. If the state announces the suspension, the date after the suspension shall prevail.
