How to measure the patent value?

Patent value is actually the value of patent right, which is a concept of brand building. Brand evaluation method originally came from INTERBRAND Company in London, England, which is called World Brand Evaluation, and basically covers the common practices and means of brand evaluation in the world. Among them, "patent value" is a part of its brand evaluation system and one of the elements.

As an evaluation factor of brand building, patent value mainly includes the following meanings:

1, ownership. Explain the nature of the patent certificate holder, the patentee and the entrusting party of this asset appraisal, and whether they have the right to use the patent.

2. Name, protection period and service life.

3. The social function of a patent as a solution to a certain kind of problem or a producible product.
