1. Professor Xie's team is mainly engaged in the research of MEMS, 3D integration, biophotonics, optical endoscopic microscopic imaging and other fields. Up to now, more than 300 scientific papers have been published, and American patents 18 have been granted, and more than 40 invention patents have been granted to China.
2. Professor Xie's team is the director and chief scientist of Chongqing Microelectronics Center of Beijing Institute of Technology, IEEEFellow and SPIEFellow, and also serves as sensors &; Deputy editor-in-chief of international journals such as ActuatorsA, chairman of international conferences such as IEEEOpticalMEMS, SPIEPhotonicsWest and SPIEOTA, and member of planning/executive committee.
