If the time limit is calculated in years or months, the corresponding day of the last month shall be the expiration date of the time limit. If there is no corresponding day in that month, the last day of the month shall be the expiry date of the time limit.
If the expiration date is a statutory holiday, the first working day after the holiday shall be the expiry date.
Examples:
Example 1: If March 31, 2012 is the announcement date, April 30, 2012 is the expiration date. (April does not have a 31st, so the 30th is the expiration date)
Example 2: If March 28, 2012 is the announcement day, April 30, 2012 is the expiration date. (April 28 is a Saturday, so it will be extended to next Monday, April 30, as the expiration date)
