Use open patents

In view of the novel amendments in your new patent law, our reply is as follows:

Original patent law:

Publication and publicity: absolutely novel (that is, domestic and foreign publicity);

Open use: relative novelty (that is, domestic openness-absolute novelty is relatively novel and relaxed compared with relative novelty. This formulation was made to adapt to the relatively low level of science and technology in China at that time and to protect the development of science and technology in China.

New patent law:

Open use and publication: absolute novelty applies to both. At present, the level of science and technology in China has improved. In order to adapt to the international situation, the relative novelty of user companies has been cancelled. )
