Cement counterweight method
Pouring the cement pier on the cement roof is the most common installation method, which is very stable and does not damage the waterproof of the roof. But it takes a lot of manpower and time, and the cement pier needs more than one week of maintenance and curing time. After the cement pier is completely solidified, the support can be installed, which requires a large number of prefabricated molds. Precast cement counterweight saves time than making cement pier, and can be made into counterweight cement brick in advance.
Steel structure link
The bottom of the support column is made of blue, and several support arrays are connected together with galvanized steel, and 500KW or even more than one megawatt is a unit. Using the self-weight of the support array to increase the wind resistance, only a few cement piers are needed to fix the large support array at the roof support point. This method is quick and convenient to install and disassemble, but the cost is too high, and the cost of the bracket is not less than per watt 1 yuan.
chemical anchor
For the prefabricated floor workshop, the weight per unit area is large, so you can make a 5 cm thick cement layer on the roof, and then fix the bracket with chemical anchor bolts, so that the waterproof layer of the roof will not be damaged when punching holes. At present, there are only a few projects in China, and its service life needs to be tested. This method has no expansion force for anchorage, and is simple and cost-saving, but it has poor heat resistance and fails at high temperature, so it cannot be welded.
Installation of two-component steel bar adhesive for special power station
At present, there are too few domestic cases, and it will take time to promote them. As for whether you use it or not, I don't usually use it anyway. This method saves time and effort and saves the number of columns. But the cost is higher.
