Working Procedures for Acceptance and Application of China Famous Brand Products
1. Legal Basis
According to the "Law of the People's Republic of China and Domestic Product Quality", "Chinese Famous Brand Products" Organize and carry out management work in accordance with the provisions of the Management Measures (State Administration Order No. 12).
II. Service Scope
Enterprises and their products that have independent legal person status in this province, comply with laws, regulations and national industrial policy requirements, and voluntarily apply for Chinese famous brand products.
3. Application conditions
Meet the requirements of the current year’s China Famous Brand Product Evaluation Catalog.
IV. Service Procedures
(1) Application
Enterprises that meet the application conditions must truthfully fill in the "Chinese Famous Brand Product Application Form" on a voluntary basis and provide Relevant certification materials shall be submitted to each municipal quality and technical supervision bureau according to the prescribed date. The Municipal Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau will review, summarize and report to the Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
The application materials mainly include:
1. Overview of the enterprise’s application for Chinese famous brand products;
2. Table 1 - Basic information of the enterprise;
3. Table 2 - Enterprise declaration and comprehensive evaluation form;
4. Table 3 - Basic sales volume of declared products in the past three years;
5. Table 4- The provincial quality and technical supervision bureau integrates the opinions of relevant departments and social groups;
6. Certification materials (original, copy or scan);
1. Photos of the declared product, the declared product production line and the overall picture of the company;
2. Enterprise business license and registered trademark certificate;
3. Other basic certificates (including 3C certification, food safety market access certificate, production license certificate, measuring instrument license certificate, export quality license certificate, export food hygiene registration management certificate, etc.);
4. Sales volume and sales certificate issued by the statistical department at or above the prefectural level;
5. Certificate of export volume and export value issued by the customs or foreign exchange administration department;
6. Tax payment certificate issued by the tax department;
7. A copy of the standard adoption certificate and the first page of the adopted standard;
8. Submit a test report on the main performance indicators of the declared product;
9. Obtained the Advanced Enterprise Certificate in Quality Management from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine;
10. Won the provincial quality management award certificate;
11. Obtained provincial famous brand product certificate;
12. Obtained the well-known trademark certificate;
13. Obtained quality system certification and environmental system certification certificates;
14. Obtained HACCP certification;
15. Obtained energy-saving product certification;
16. The number and number of people who have obtained professional quality professional qualification certificates;
17. Explanatory materials on the construction of enterprise after-sales service outlets, "Three Guarantees" and the handling of consumer opinions;
18. Relevant statements issued by accounting firms (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, etc.);
19. New product certificate (provincial level or above);

22. Certificate of establishment of postdoctoral mobile station by the enterprise;
(2) Acceptance and preliminary review
After the provincial quality and technical supervision department accepts the enterprise's application materials, it will conduct a preliminary review of the authenticity and accuracy of the application materials, as well as the preparation, filling and submission of the application form. Certify whether the materials meet the specified requirements, etc.
(3) Publicity
In order to ensure the authenticity of the data and accept the supervision of the society, in accordance with the requirements of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the provincial quality The Bureau of Technical Supervision will publish the declaration data of enterprises that have passed the preliminary review on the provincial bureau website: the declared enterprise name, brand, sales volume, sales volume, export volume, export amount and tax paid of the declared products, etc., and also publish and issue them. The certified unit (the publicity period is generally 7 days). The provincial bureau will investigate and verify the problems reflected in the publicity. If the reports are true and there are indeed problems, the enterprises that do not meet the application conditions will be disqualified.
(4) Review and Reporting
The Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision will organize relevant departments and relevant social groups to review the applicant enterprises within the specified period, formulate recommendations, and submit them uniformly General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China and Secretariat of China Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee.
