Blu-ray movies are all in high definition, and DTS is widely used in audio coding. In order to save money, DTS is generally not supported by the multimedia playback function of TV (DTS has a patent, and if you need to add a chip to support DTS, you need to pay a patent licensing fee to DTS). So there will be images and no sound when playing.
There are two ways to solve this problem:
Play it on the computer with software and output it to the TV.
The audio coding is converted from DTS to AC3 on the computer, so that the sound can be played on the ordinary TV.
