Coal water slurry gasification involves complex chemical and physical processes such as high temperature, high pressure, heterogeneous phase, flow, transfer and chemical reaction, making it difficult to conduct process research under industrial conditions in the laboratory. In this regard, East China University of Science and Technology, under the guidance of theories related to chemical engineering and technology, combined with the methods and experience accumulated in many years of research and development, and based on an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the gasification process, proposed a method to correctly grasp the relationship between various influencing factors. hierarchical mechanism model. The complex gasification process was reasonably decomposed, the proposition transformation of the research topic was realized, and a set of scientific research and development methods suitable for studying the entrained bed gasification process were created.
