1, online payment
Pay your own fees in official website. Online payment needs to register an account first, and the process of registering an account is more complicated.
2. Post office remittance or bank transfer
Need to remit money to China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office to collect fees. When remitting money, you need to fill in the application number and fee name (or abbreviation), otherwise the Patent Office will reject the payment. In addition, after the remittance transfer is completed, you need to register and log in to the online patent payment information supplement and management system and fill in the relevant payment information.
3, window on-site payment
You can also pay at the window (I haven't tried this). It should be noted that not all cities have payment windows, and only provincial capitals and larger cities will have service windows of patent offices.
However, all the above methods are not only complicated in payment procedures, but also need to monitor the deadline by themselves. The landlord should also know that each patent has its own payment period, and only a few patents can be paid at a time, and the others will be paid after 2 or 3 months. But if it is not paid on time, the patent will expire, which is a headache.
