Briefly describe what are the packaging forms?

The winding forms of bobbins can be divided into two categories: parallel winding and cross winding. The pitch of the yarn loops wound on the bobbin is small, and when the winding angle is less than 20°, the yarn loops are almost parallel to each other, which is called parallel winding. The yarn loops wound in parallel near both ends of the bobbin are easy to fall off and need to be wound on a bobbin with edges, so it is also called a bobbin with edges. However, the yarn of edged bobbins can only be unwound in the tangential direction and cannot adapt to high-speed unwinding. Therefore, it will be gradually eliminated. Currently, it is only still used in the production of silk and jute.

Roll:

Roll is a volume made by winding semi-finished products or products from various processes in textile and chemical fiber production. For example, bobbins, bobbins, skeins, silk cakes, warp beams, etc. Rolls with increased capacity are called "large rolls". Appropriately increasing the package capacity can reduce the number of operations such as doffing and tube changing, and improve output, quality and labor productivity. The bobbin, can, shaft head, etc. used for winding products are called "packing containers".
