Me. Xml format file
E-application users should use the e-application offline client editor to edit and submit XML files.
1. Character set
When editing an XML file, you should use characters within the range of GB 18030 character set, and you can't use self-made words.
2. Pictures
The image format referenced by XML file should be JPG and TIF；; The figure number of the appended drawings in the specification shall be expressed in words and shall not be included in the picture; The appearance picture or photo size shall not exceed 150mm x 220mm, and the size of other pictures shall not exceed165 mm x 245 mm; The resolution of the picture or photo should be 72-300DPI.
3. Mathematical formula and chemical formula
Mathematical formulas and chemical formulas in XML files should be submitted in the form of pictures.
4. Form
N×M tables in XML files and tables with merged cells in the header can be edited and submitted by the offline client editor of electronic application, and other tables can be submitted in the form of pictures.
5. Paragraph number and number on the right
The description segment number and rights item number in the new application XML file are automatically generated by the system.
The description paragraph number of the XML file submitted after the application is numbered with 4 digits; The claims shall be numbered in Arabic numerals.
2.MS-Word and PDF files
1. file range
Claims, specification, abstract of specification, appended drawings of abstract, appended drawings of specification, etc. The texts of invention patent application and utility model patent application can be submitted in MS-Word or PDF format.
2.2003 and 2007 MS-Word files should be doc and docx files; PDF files shall conform to PDFReference version 1.3 or above.
3. Authority
Password protection and document protection functions should not be set for MS-Word files.
PDF files should have printing permission, and do not set encryption function.
4. Character set
Characters within the range of GB 18030 character set shall be used, and self-made words shall not be used.
5. pictures
The size of the picture should be limited to a single page and should not include gray and color pictures.
6. Layout requirements
No paragraph number in any form should be added in the manual, and the document page should be set to the vertical A4 size. All documents shall meet the relevant requirements of the review guidelines.
7. Other requirements
MS-Word and PDF files should not contain watermarks, macro commands, embedded objects, hyperlinks, controls, comments, revision patterns, etc.
