In order to reduce the high cost of patent pledge and the high risks faced by financial institutions, and promote the development of patent pledge activities, there are four common risk control mechanisms in patent pledge practice at present: ① the purchase price mechanism of secured assets; ② Joint safeguard mechanism; (3) Counter-guarantee mechanism of patent pledge; ④ Risk compensation mechanism.
