It has caused high capital stagnation and losses to the gas management department, and also brought unsafe factors to toll collectors and users. In order to meet the needs of modern scientific management, through the efforts of the Chinese scientific community and the latest foreign research results and a number of patented technologies, a city gas precharge management system has been successfully developed and launched. This achievement fundamentally solves the shortcomings of the traditional charging method. Its distinctive feature is "pay first, then use gas. A permanent IC card is used as an intermediary for purchasing and using gas. Users can purchase and use it whenever they want, which is greatly convenient."
