Enterprises with "two highs and four innovations" refer to high technology, high growth, new technology, new industry, new format and new model. They are the important carriers of scientific and technological innovation, the most concentrated and active enterprises, and the strategic choice to cope with the scientific and technological revolution and shape the new advantages of industrial competition. Conditions for the Recognition of Guangzhou's "Two Highs and Four Innovations" Enterprises:
(1) An industrial enterprise whose main business income should be more than 20 million yuan in the previous year or a new generation enterprise whose main business income should be more than 5 million yuan in 2020 in the fields of information technology, artificial intelligence, biomedicine, new materials, new energy, key basic materials, advanced basic industries, industrial technology foundation and basic software;
(2) The compound growth rate of the enterprise's operating income in recent two years is not less than15%;
(3) The R&D investment of enterprises in recent two years accounts for more than 2% of sales revenue.
(4) Obtain 1 and above invention patents related to the main products (including the exclusive right to layout design of integrated circuits), or five or more utility model patents, design patents and software copyrights related to the main products.
