China Patent Awards include China Patent Gold Award, Silver Award and Excellence Award, as well as China Design Gold Award, Silver Award and Excellence Award. China patent gold award, silver award and merit award are selected from invention patents and utility model patents. There are no more than 30 gold patent projects and no more than 60 silver patent projects in China. China design gold award, silver award and excellence award shall be selected from design patents, and China design gold award project shall not exceed 15 and silver award project shall not exceed 15.
