Among them, the key equipment required by major production units such as catalytic cracking, hydrofining and polyethylene has reached the international advanced level. It reduces China's dependence on the import of chemical equipment, reduces the construction investment and production cost, and plays an important role in promoting the development of petrochemical industry. Compared with foreign countries, there are still many gaps in China's chemical equipment, mainly because the progress of chemical production technology is out of touch with the development of equipment technology, and there is a big gap in the development of major equipment software technology: the development of equipment technology can not keep up with the development of technology, and there is a phenomenon of emphasizing technology over equipment; Basically, it stays at the point of imitation development, and the proprietary technology development ability of independent intellectual property rights is weak; Equipment development cannot be specialized and serialized; The level of equipment design and manufacture, equipment quality and reliability need to be further improved. With the progress and development of chemical technology, higher requirements are put forward for chemical equipment. We must intensify the development of equipment, master the core technology of equipment, and form a batch of equipment with independent intellectual property rights, so as to achieve advanced performance, reliable quality, high efficiency, energy saving, economic safety and meet the development needs of chemical industry.
I. Special petrochemical equipment
Special petrochemical equipment mainly includes reaction equipment, towers, heat exchange equipment, industrial furnaces, storage and transportation equipment and special machinery.
Reaction equipment
Reactor: It is the "heart" equipment of chemical reaction. Its development trend is different. Hydrogenation reactor: well-known foreign manufacturers include Japan Steel Works and Kobe Steel Works. The forging and welding hydrogenation reactor being developed for coal chemical industry in China has an outer diameter of 5500mm, a wall thickness of 340mm and a weight of 2040t. It is the heaviest hydrogenation reactor in the world, but its gap is China's poor innovation ability.
Continuous reforming four-overlap reactor: The patented technology of UOP company in the United States makes this reactor have the advantages of high reaction efficiency, energy saving, small floor space and low investment. China has mastered its design and manufacturing technology, and the installation index of internal parts completely meets the requirements of UOP technology.
Large chemical fertilizer ammonia synthesis tower: internationally representative ones are Kellogg horizontal synthesis tower, Topso vertical synthesis tower, Wood vertical synthesis tower and Brown three adiabatic axial synthesis tower. On the basis of digestion and absorption, a single-layer forged ammonia synthesis tower with a diameter of 2.4 meters and a double-cone seal was designed and manufactured for the first time in the construction of 200,000 tons/year ammonia synthesis plant in China. The design software is not fully mastered, and there is no experience in designing and manufacturing 300,000 tons/year ammonia synthesis tower.
Polypropylene loop reactor: Hymont is a famous manufacturer, and the design technology and software of the reactor are gradually mature. 200,000 tons/year polypropylene loop reactor was successfully developed in China and widely used in Shanghai Petrochemical Company.
Chemical equipment technology includes drying technology, pressure vessel, computer application, design and calculation, pipeline technology, automatic control, material analysis and so on.
