After my patent application is considered withdrawn, can I reapply?

1. You can apply under any conditions. The key is whether you can get authorization after applying.

2. If the case is rejected, within the time limit prescribed by law, the reply procedure should be handled first, instead of re-applying.

3. For utility models and designs, the situation of visual withdrawal (called earlier application) has not been made public. In the process of re-application, the earlier application will generally not affect the patentability of the later application.

4. If the invention is withdrawn after publication, the earlier application constitutes a new application (called the later application), which may result in the later application not being authorized.
