What are the provisions about the object of patent right in the General Principles of Civil Law?

The object of patent right, also known as the object protected by patent law, refers to the invention and creation that can obtain patent right and be protected by patent law.

Article 2 of China's Patent Law stipulates: "Inventions and creations mentioned in this Law refer to inventions, utility models and designs." Therefore, the object of patent right should be invention, utility model and design.
