If there is nothing wrong with the size, resolution and color format of the patented pictures processed by PS, they can't be imported by the CPC system. It's probably because the ICC profile was selected when saving the pictures, and it's ok to cancel and save them.
when drawing with CD, you should also pay attention to this problem when exporting JPG. If ICC is selected, it will not be recognized by CPC.
PS1: If it still doesn't work, you can try the following two methods:
1. After opening the JPG with the drawing software that comes with the system, save it as a new document.
2. Save it as a PDF with PS, then open the PDF with ACROBAT and export the page as a JPG.
the first method occasionally appears size mismatch, and the second method has not failed so far.
PS2: Now I always put pictures on CD, then import them into multi-page PDF, and then transfer JPG to a blank folder at one time. CPC imports the whole folder and renamed it.
