After the discipline construction and development during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, the School of Information Science and Technology has now formed a distinctive and unique discipline in the fields of computer science and technology, information and communication engineering, electronic science and technology, mathematics, management science and engineering. And it has a research direction and scientific research team with certain advantages and development prospects. The scientific research funding received by the School of Information during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period increased more than five times compared with that during the Ninth Five-Year Plan. Among them, national and provincial and ministerial-level fund projects accounted for 13%, and key research projects and horizontal projects at all levels accounted for 87%.
