Does the last patent infringe the last patent, and does the product need compensation?

Article 70 of the Patent Law stipulates that anyone who uses, promises to sell or sells an infringing patented product for the purpose of production and operation without knowing that it was manufactured and sold without the permission of the patentee shall not be liable for compensation. Therefore, as long as users can prove that the products they use are legally purchased, they do not need to bear the liability for compensation.
