What does it mean that only one patent is granted for the same invention? How to understand it?
Article 9 of the Patent Law stipulates that "only one patent right can be granted to the same invention-creation", in which "the same invention-creation" refers to two or more claims (or patents) with the same protection scope, that is, the right to judge that the same invention-creation is requested to be protected. In a technology, there can be multiple points where patents can be applied, and multiple different patent applications can be submitted, but no claims with the same protection scope can appear.
