Difference between FRP lighting board and PC sunshine board

There are nine major differences in performance between FRP lighting board and PC sunlight board, and the specific analysis is as follows:

1, the thermal expansion of thermal expansion lighting materials directly affects the construction difficulty, construction cost and waterproof performance after the project is completed. Construction cost and waterproofness. Because the glass fiber reinforced plastic lighting board can be customized with completely matched profiles as required, only a small amount of self-tapping nails and silicone tape are needed during installation, which is convenient and fast to install, low in cost and good in waterproof. Because the PC board is mainly flat, other auxiliary structures need to be made in order to overlap with the color steel plate, and the color steel plate on the roof is wavy, which makes the joint treatment difficult, the construction cost is high and time-consuming and laborious. Due to the limitation of technology, the longest PC board can only be 6 meters, so the joint needs aluminum blank-pressing, and auxiliary purlins need to be added to the material, which increases the construction cost and complexity. Moreover, due to the large thermal expansion coefficient, the expansion reserve needs to be calculated during construction. So it is very easy to cause water leakage. 4. The light transmittance of the light-transmitting FRP lighting board is 0-85%. Because a certain proportion of glass fiber and stainless steel glass door are added in polyester, light will diffuse when passing through, leaving no light band on the ground and no glare, which can provide a good working environment. The PC board is made of pure resin, and the light transmittance is 0-88%. When the light passes through it, it will not diffuse but refract, and the light will leave a clear band on the ground. People will feel very dazzling when they look up, and they will feel uncomfortable when they work. 5. Service life: The surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic light collecting plate is coated with Melinex 30 1 anti-ultraviolet film of DuPont Company of the United States with a nominal size of 20 microns, which can isolate more than 99% of ultraviolet rays, resist other corrosive substances and protect the substrate from damage, so that the service life of the light collecting plate can reach at least 15 years, and actually can reach more than 20 years. PC solar panels use anti-ultraviolet additives to resist ultraviolet rays, but at the same time, it reduces the purity of raw materials and affects the performance of the panels, making the anti-ultraviolet performance ineffective for a long time and easy to age, yellow and brittle. 6. Surface maintenance The surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic lighting board is coated with a polymer film with a nominal size of 20 microns, which has no static electricity and does not absorb dust. Can be washed with clear water or rainwater, easy to clean, long-term bright and clean, low maintenance cost and long cycle. Due to the electrostatic adsorption characteristics of PC sunshine board, it usually absorbs dust in the air, which will affect the light transmission and beauty for a long time. However, the PC board is poor in acid and alkali resistance, so it can't be cleaned with conventional cleaners, and clean water can't clean electrostatic dust, so the maintenance cost is high. 7. Tear resistance and tensile strength FRP adopts the form of glass fiber reinforced upper and lower membrane structure, which makes it have good tear resistance and tensile strength. The tensile strength is 75. The particularity of its molecular structure leads to poor tear resistance and tensile strength of PC board, which is easy to be punctured and leaked by metal burrs, and the periphery of screw holes is also easy to be torn. The tensile strength is 63. 8. Transport performance The glass fiber reinforced plastic lighting board has good rigidity, but general toughness and is not easy to bend. The bending strength is 125. PC sunshine board has general rigidity, but excellent toughness and excellent transportation and handling performance. Can be bent into various radians at will. The bending strength is 96. 9. Total construction cost The unit cost of FRP lighting board is 90 yuan per square meter. The thermal conductivity of the double-layer lighting board is 2.5W/(m2`K), and the thermal conductivity is 0. 17W(m`K). The thermal insulation performance of the double-layer lighting board is better than that of the 8mm thick sunlight board, and the total cost per square meter is about 180 yuan. The unit cost of 8mm thick sun panel is about 100 yuan, but aluminum blank holder and keel are needed, and the total cost per square meter is more than 200 yuan.
