A patent certificate consists of a certificate home page and a patent booklet. The patent certificate shall record the important descriptive matters related to the patent right, the seal of China National Intellectual Property Administration, the signature of the supervisor and the date of authorization announcement, etc. Description items include: patent certificate number (serial number), name of invention-creation, patent number (application number), date of patent application, name of inventor or designer and name of patentee. When the patent specification is too long to record on one page, an additional page can be added; If the total number of pages of the patent booklet in the certificate exceeds 1 10, it will be continued from page 10 1. According to Announcement No.257 of China National Intellectual Property Administration, patents whose announcement date is from March 2, 20 18 (including that day) to April 24, 20 18 (excluding that day) are authorized, and the patent certificate issued by China National Intellectual Property Administration includes the first page of the certificate and the title page of the patent fascicle; For patents whose authorization announcement date is after April 24, 20 18 (inclusive), China National Intellectual Property Administration will issue new patent certificates and copies of patent certificates after the authorization announcement date; The new version of the patent certificate and the copy of the patent certificate will cancel the patent booklet and add the authorization announcement number and the address information of the patentee; The old and new versions of the patent certificate and the copy of the patent certificate have the same legal effect. Unless otherwise specified, the issued old version of the patent certificate and the copy of the patent certificate will not be replaced by the new version.
