2. New projects
Select New in File, or click the shortcut button of New Project to create a new project, as shown in the following figure:

3. Edit page:
On the left is the button to edit the chapter according to the patent format. Select the corresponding chapter button to start editing the chapter content:

4. Streamlined mode
Right-click the edit box of the text chapter and select Simplify, or click the Simplify shortcut button or enter the corresponding shortcut key. By default, Ctrl+ ` (below the ESC key) will be used to start simplified mode. In simplified mode, right-click to select the previous chapter (default shortcut key: Shift+Tab) or the next chapter (default shortcut key: Ctrl+Tab).
When the mouse is near the left side of the enrichment window, the chapter selection button will pop up automatically, and then click the corresponding chapter button, which will automatically hide after the mouse leaves.
5. Dictionary configuration
In normal mode, select "Dictionary Configuration" in Settings or click the "Dictionary Configuration" shortcut button.
In compact mode, right-click the shortcut key of Dictionary Configuration or F5 to enter dictionary configuration, and add technical terms to the corresponding dictionary category. When enabled, after the first letter of the corresponding term is entered in the edit box, the professional term matching the first letter will automatically appear in the selection box, which supports the corresponding number keys, Enter key of the main keyboard, space bar to select words, and up and down keys to select words.
6. Temporary dictionary
To add a temporary dictionary, you need to set a temporary dictionary separator. Select Project Parameter Settings from Settings or right-click to enter. Generally, non-technical names such as auxiliary words, quantifiers, adverbs and punctuation marks are set as separators, such as "a kind of umbrella handle with lock, including umbrella handle and handle", where "one", "de", "including" and "he".
7. Software Clipboard
When copying and pasting in the software, use the clipboard that comes with the software, which will not affect the contents of the system clipboard. When copying the system clipboard data into the software, right-click and select Paste from Window.

9, automatic improvement
Select AutoPerfect from the Edit menu or press Ctrl+W to turn on AutoPerfect. All required items, such as technical field, background technology and technical issues, must be filled in before automatic improvement. After automatic perfection is turned on, the software will automatically generate patent perfectible items, such as the abstract of the specification, the patent claim, the specific implementation method, etc.

After improvement, click Generate Application File to quickly generate Word version or Xml version (electronic application format, temporarily not supported) application file.

After the writing template is damaged, you can select "Patent Template" in "Generate Template" in the "Settings" menu to regenerate the patent template.

You can find related patents in the project tree by clicking Find Project in the Find menu.
15, feedback
You can quickly give feedback to the author through "Feedback" in the help menu.
16. The input method cannot be used normally.
Click "Start" in the "Debug" menu to debug. When debugging, switch the input method several times, then "stop" debugging, and finally send the debugging record to the administrator.
