boiler model SHL1-1.25-A
structure: chain grate is horizontally arranged with double drums; The steam output is 1 tons per hour and the working pressure is 1.25MPa (about 13 kg/cm2); Flue gas flow of second-class bituminous coal
for boiler: under the action of induced draft fan, the hot flue gas (flue gas temperature is about 8 C) generated by burning coal in the boiler furnace first passes through the upper part of the rear arch tube, then enters the convection beam tube (convection beam tube usually has two return trips), then enters the dust collector, then enters the induced draft fan, and finally the flue gas is discharged from the chimney.
combustion part: composed of grate, grate gearbox, blower, induced draft fan, slag remover, coal feeding system, air duct, etc. ? Coal enters the grate from the front of the furnace through the coal feeding system, and is ignited and burned by the heat reflection of the front arch. The grate moves forward at a constant speed through the grate gearbox to produce continuous combustion of coal, and the coal combustion needs to be supplied by a blower to make the coal get sufficient oxygen. The slag produced after coal combustion is introduced into the tail of the furnace row through the rotation of the grate, falls into the slag remover, and is discharged by the slag remover. The blower cooperates with the induced draft fan to generate negative pressure in the furnace and exhaust the generated flue gas. The dust collector mainly filters the dust in the smoke.
