Chinese medicines and prescriptions for treating liver cirrhosis Liver cirrhosis is a refractory chronic disease, and some Chinese medicines are effective in treating liver cirrhosis.
Salvia miltiorrhiza: Salvia miltiorrhiza has the effects of improving microcirculation disorders, changing blood rheology, anticoagulation, anti-inflammation, resistance to hypoxia, and improving immune function. It is suitable for symptoms such as qi stagnation and blood stasis combined with blood heat, which manifests as liver cirrhosis, splenomegaly, low fever, irritability, insomnia, hypochondriac pain, carbuncles and sores. Salvia miltiorrhiza injection or salvia miltiorrhiza tablets can be used.
Peach kernel: breaks blood and removes blood stasis. It is suitable for patients with obvious signs of blood stasis, accompanied by intestinal dryness and constipation, dark purple tongue, dark complexion, tingling in the liver area, and abdominal infection.
Cordyceps sinensis: tonify deficiency and damage, replenish essence and qi, suitable for patients with liver cirrhosis with various deficiency syndromes. However, this drug is relatively expensive and cannot be afforded by ordinary patients.
Poria cocos: exudes dampness and diuresis, benefits the spleen and stomach, and is suitable for weak spleen, swelling and fullness caused by liver cirrhosis, and difficulty in urination.
In addition, long-term use of Panax notoginseng, safflower, adenophora, angelica, etc. also has obvious anti-hepatic fibrosis effects. The above single herbs are best taken together with the compound prescription for syndrome differentiation and treatment, or taken together with the following prescriptions***:
Buxiao Decoction: 30g of Codonopsis pilosula, 15g of raw radish seeds (radish seeds) , 30g of Artemisia argyi, 15g of Acosta, 6g of Amomum villosum, 10g of alum. Wrap the medicinal gauze, put it into the carp belly, cook for 30 minutes, and then eat the fish and drink the soup. Those with mild illness usually take 5-6 doses, while those with severe illness can take several more doses until the symptoms completely disappear. Avoid salt for 100 days while taking the medicine. Mainly used to treat cirrhosis and ascites.
Erjia Powder: equal amounts of turtle shell (fried in vinegar) and turtle shell (fried in vinegar), grind into fine powder and mix well. 10g each time, take with boiled water, 2 times a day, 30 days as a course of treatment. Mainly used to treat patients with early-stage liver cirrhosis and good health.
Compound Panax notoginseng capsule: 200g Panax notoginseng, 500g Astragalus membranaceus, 500g Salvia miltiorrhiza, 200g Trigonella striata, 200g Curcuma zedoary, 150g betel nut, 200g hawthorn, 200g Gallus gallus gallus domesticus, 100g leech. Grind each into fine powder, mix well, sift and put into capsules, 5 capsules each time, 3 times a day, for 2 months as a course of treatment.
Qianggan Ruangan Powder: 150g Purple Ganoderma, 200g Polygonatum, Angelicae Sinensis 150g, 150g Lycium barbarum, 200g Codonopsis pilosula, 200g Astragalus, 150g Morinda officinalis, 300g turtle shell, 150g pangolin, 150g ground turtle worm, leech. 150g, Gallus gallus gallus 150g, Pangasius 150g, Gynostemma pentaphyllum 200g, Cyperus cyperus 1OOg. ***Grind into fine powder, take 15-20g each time, take with boiled water, 2 times a day, one course of treatment is considered to be completed after taking 1 ingredient.
