(1) Participation conditions
Who has been authorized by China National Intellectual Property Administration patent, and meet the following conditions, can participate in the China patent award:
1.20 1 1, 12, 3 1 (including 12, 3 1, subject to the date of authorization announcement) was granted the patent right for invention, utility model or design (.
2. The patent right is effective and stable, with a high level of technology or design, which has been implemented and achieved good economic or social benefits;
3. The patent ownership relationship is clear, there is no legal dispute, and all patentees agree to declare;
4. Never won the China Patent Award.
(2) Submission procedure
The local intellectual property offices, intellectual property management agencies of relevant departments and units in the State Council, relevant national trade associations (hereinafter referred to as "recommended units"), academicians of China Academy of Sciences and China Academy of Engineering are invited to recommend participating projects to the evaluation office according to the conditions for participating and the China Patent Award (attachment 1) (it is recommended to screen the patent projects in the region, department, industry and field first).
Academicians of China Academy of Sciences and China Academy of Engineering only recommend invention patent projects in their professional fields to participate in the evaluation. The patentee shall provide relevant materials and fill in the China patent award declaration. After the two academicians reviewed and issued recommendations, they directly reported to the China Patent Award Evaluation Office.
