The patentee shall enjoy the following rights within the validity period of the patent:

4. The right to abstain. The patentee may, at any time before the expiration of the patent protection period, declare in writing or automatically waive his patent right by not paying the annual fee.

5. Mark to the right. Marking right means that the patentee has the right to decide whether to mark the patent mark and patent number on his patented product or the packaging of the product.
