The three most difficult certificates in Japan are judicial scrivener, nurse practitioner, and administrative scrivener.
Judicial scriveners generally act as agents for individuals or companies to carry out registration procedures and other tasks. The most important business for judicial scriveners is “registration”. Registration business is mainly divided into two categories:
One is "legal person registration" for registration procedures for company establishment;
The other is registration for ownership of land and real estate. "Real Estate Registration".
Administrative scriveners are bound by the Japanese Administrative Scriveners Act (Gyoseishoho, Act No. 4 of 1958), which defines the administrative scrivener system. In terms of investing in Japan, studying abroad, and obtaining visas, administrative scriveners can provide comprehensive support for foreigners in their lives in Japan, including obtaining certificates of residence, naturalization, studying abroad, working, getting married, etc. They are professionals with national professional qualifications.
The main work content of the administrative scrivener is: producing formal written materials and acting as an agent for appeal procedures against penalties imposed by the administrative office. In terms of real estate investment, it mainly involves the production of some written materials (change of real estate name, real estate sale contract, etc.). Unlike judicial scriveners, only administrative scriveners can handle procedures such as construction permit and home construction exemption registration. In addition, it is the visa agency for foreigners, which can be said to be the most common occupation that deals with the Japanese Immigration Bureau.
Nurse Benz, what we call a lawyer, is one of the most difficult professional certificates in Japan.
Benzhishi is also called a patent agent. Patent attorneys are primarily responsible for patent attorneys involving patents, design rights and trademark rights.
