We happened to have made such a set of molds. The mold is composed of an upper mold and a lower mold. The upper mold is a punch, and the outer dimensions of the punch are the groove dimensions of your U-shaped product, which need to be measured and mapped. The lower mold is a concave mold. The matching gap between the concave mold and the punch is 3mm. A spring block is installed in the middle of the concave mold. After the product is pressed, the product is ejected by the force of the spring. The mold is installed on a hydraulic press and pressed into shape by an oil cylinder.
