Maybe a colleague is causing trouble? Or has Apple really negotiated with Alibaba? unknown.
First of all, let me talk about my experience:
1. When we used to make silicone watch straps, the name of a Swiss watch brand was used in the title, and the product was downloaded. The official statement is that the Swiss Business Association negotiated with Alibaba and requested that information about many of their brands be deleted. However, this time the product information was deleted, but there was no penalty.
2. When someone complained about the silicone USB flash drive, the information was deleted and there were penalties and the ranking was demoted. But I found the complainant's information in the background, and the supporting documents they provided to Alibaba were the appearance patents they applied for.
As for the question in question, my suggestions are:
1. Find the person who complained about you in the background and see which company it is. I guess it may be yours. Peers, find out and tell me maybe you know them (if you can’t find it in the backend, call Alibaba’s customer service number directly and confidently ask them to provide proof, no problem);
2. Set sensitive information It is only visible to members, so that your peers cannot see your specific product information, but in this way your customers also need to apply before they can see the information;
3. Some products are not suitable for online display For promotion, some of our products only send information to old customers. (Infringing products, you know)
The thing about such products is that they don’t have their own brand or authorization, so they can only hide and seek. There’s no other way~~
