Isotretinoin soft capsule is a patented drug for treating acne in the United States. Its use is restricted due to its toxin effects, such as affecting fertility, pseudoedema, premature bone closure (stopping height growth), etc. The domestic oral medicine of blue and gold combination, namely isotretinoin, was also banned by the national drug due to violations.
