Non-stop toll collection technology is especially suitable for expressway or bridge and tunnel environment with heavy traffic. The non-stop toll collection system under the traditional ETC lane isolation measures is usually called the single lane non-stop toll collection system, and the non-stop toll collection system under the free traffic flow without lane isolation is usually called the free flow non-stop toll collection system. The implementation of non-stop charging can allow vehicles to pass at high speed (tens of kilometers or even more than 100 kilometers), so it can greatly improve the traffic capacity of expressways; Electronic toll collection can reduce the cost of toll collection management and improve the efficiency of vehicle operation; At the same time, it can also greatly reduce the noise level and exhaust emissions of toll stations. Because the traffic capacity has been greatly improved, the scale of toll stations can be reduced, and the capital construction cost and management cost can be saved. In addition, the non-stop charging system is not only an advanced charging technology in the city, but also a practical and effective traffic management means to adjust traffic flow through economic leverage. For bridges and tunnels with heavy traffic, the non-stop toll collection system can avoid many weaknesses of monthly ticket system and manual toll collection, and effectively improve the capital recovery ability of these municipal facilities.

System composition: ETC lane is similar to the traditional MTC lane construction, and mainly consists of ETC antenna, lane controller, toll display, automatic obstacle machine, vehicle detector and so on.

Function realization:

1. The vehicle enters the communication range.

2. The read-write antenna communicates with the electronic tag and the CPU card to judge whether the vehicle is valid or not, and if it is valid, the transaction is conducted; If it is invalid, give an alarm and close the lane until the vehicle leaves the detection coil.

3. If the transaction is completed, the system controls the railing to lift, the traffic lights turn green, and the transaction amount is displayed on the expense display board.

4. After the vehicle passes through the rod drop coil under the automatic railing, the railing automatically retreats, the traffic lights turn red, and the system waits for the next vehicle to enter.
