Principle of steam heating muffler

Principle 1

In the classical design that appeared in the late 198s, swirl was added to the principle of slow release.

the steam heating muffler consists of a shell and a core, with large and small holes distributed up and down in the shell and small inclined holes distributed around the core. Between the shell and the core is an efficient mixing heating zone. When the steam heating muffler works, steam is injected into the heating area of the mixer from the small inclined hole of the core at a high speed, which pushes the water in the heating area to rotate at a high speed and completes the heat transfer of steam-water mixing. At the same time, the heated water is continuously discharged from the upper hole of the shell during the upper rotation, and the lower hole is replenished to heat the water circulation in the water tank.

Principle II

The design that appeared after p>2 skillfully used the principle of two-phase fluid heat transfer movement and hydrodynamic acoustics theory.

The steam muffler is composed of orderly two-phase flow channel, heat exchange ring, muffler cavity, etc. It is made of a whole piece of raw materials, with small volume, light weight, large flow rate and long service life. Has good stirring kinetic energy. With the popularization of industrial application, its classification is increasingly refined and its varieties are more perfect.
