How do American patents stipulate regional protection?

The unique regional nature of a patent determines that the patent right can only be valid within the approved area.

In other words, if someone else has a patent in the United States, your product cannot be manufactured, sold, used and promised to be sold in the United States.

It doesn't matter whether it is made, sold or used in China.

However, if your products manufactured and sold in China are sold by your customers in the United States because of commodity circulation, your customers' behavior is infringement.
