Pharmacokinetics of dihydroartemisinin piperaquine tablets
This medicine is well absorbed orally and takes effect quickly. After oral administration of dihydroartemisinin 2mg/Kg, the plasma concentration reached the peak at 1.33 hours, the maximum plasma concentration was 0.71μ g/m L, and the plasma T 1/2 was 1.57 hours. It is widely distributed in the body and excreted and metabolized rapidly. Praziquantel phosphate is absorbed through gastrointestinal tract, and the absorption rate is 80% ~ 90% within 24 hours. After absorption, it is distributed in liver, kidney, lung, spleen and other tissues. Within 8 hours after administration, the intrahepatic dose can reach about 1/4 of the total dose. The drug gradually disappeared in the body, and T 1/2 was 9.4 days. Drugs are excreted with bile and exist in enterohepatic circulation.
