The investigation team believes that in recent years, under the leadership of the bureau team, the county agricultural bureau has conscientiously implemented the decision-making arrangements of the central government, provinces, prefectures and counties, closely focused on the central work of the county party Committee and county government, actively improved its work style, went deep into the front line, and made solid work in poverty alleviation, industrial development, prevention and control of animal and plant diseases, rural science and technology promotion, and made positive contributions to the economic and social development of our county.

(1) Grasp industrial development projects and lay a solid industrial foundation for tackling poverty. First, the support of industrial funds has increased significantly. Through interviews and surveys, the opinions reflected by the County Agriculture Bureau mainly include:

As the competent bureau of fishery administration, fishery law enforcement supervision needs to be further strengthened. During the dry season and the closed fishing season, fishery law enforcement is not optimistic, and the situation of electric fish and fried fish is outstanding. The rivers in the county are basically in an unsupervised state, and the fishery ecological environment has been destroyed to a considerable extent.

Third, some suggestions.

(1) Further accelerate the pace of industrial development and promote precise poverty alleviation. While stabilizing grain production, we should supplement shortcomings and strong and weak items, speed up the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure according to standards and tables, vigorously develop modern agriculture with characteristics, standardize development and scientific management, focus on several key products, and promote the transformation and upgrading of agriculture and animal husbandry.

(2) Further strengthen internal coordination and improve the management mechanism. Establish and improve the internal division of labor management mechanism, integrate the relationship between bureau organs and subordinate stations, strengthen communication and overall coordination, clarify work responsibilities, exchange work information, effectively integrate resources, form a joint effort, make the cadre team of agricultural bureau become the main force of industrial development in our county, and strive to improve work execution and work efficiency.
