In order to create a smoother, safer and more orderly rail transit environment for the general public in Tianjin, on September 9, 2006, the Traffic Security Management Corps of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Municipal Rail Transit Management Center and the subway operation company formed a joint inspection team to carry out special rectification actions against illegal activities such as setting up stalls, begging and performing arts in the subway.
