The opinions of the unit or police station shall be valid within 6 months from the date of issuance.
Five situations in which exit is prohibited by law:
1, defendants in criminal cases and criminal suspects identified by public security organs or people's procuratorates and people's courts;

(2) The employees of state-owned enterprises and state-controlled enterprises and institutions shall be signed by the legal representative of the enterprise or institution or the personnel and security department of the unit authorized by the legal representative, and the opinions shall be issued by the corresponding personnel management department at a higher level when the legal representative leaves the country. The second part is the renewal (replacement) of Hong Kong and Macao Pass.
The Hong Kong and Macao Pass is valid for 5 years. The validity period cannot be extended, only an application for renewal can be made. When applying for a travel endorsement, the holder may apply for a new card if he meets any of the following circumstances:

Mainland residents going to Hong Kong and Macao to engage in business activities shall be subject to quota approval, and Hong Kong and Macao passes and corresponding endorsements shall be issued.
There are four types of business endorsements: 14 days, 3 months, 1 year and 3 years. The applicant may apply at the place where the household registration is located or where the work unit is located. Multiple business endorsements shall stay in Hong Kong (Macao) for no more than 14 days at a time within the validity period.
It is particularly important to note that the three-month multiple business endorsements have two validity periods, namely, 1 year and three years, namely, the first validity period is the first entry period of three months from the date of issuance, and the multiple business endorsements will be invalid if they fail to enter the country within this period; The second validity period is 3 months from the date of entry for the first time, 1 year, with a 3-year multiple-entry period.

China citizens who have settled in foreign countries need to go to Hong Kong for business and training activities during their employment in mainland enterprises. In addition to the above-mentioned corresponding certificates, it is also necessary to submit the certificate of China passport or other alternative passports, the certificate of settlement, the certificate of work in enterprises and institutions in the Mainland and the registration records of temporary accommodation.
Residents from other provinces and cities who go to Hong Kong and Macao to engage in business and other non-official activities and apply for multiple business endorsements within three months at the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau are not restricted from staying in Beijing. You need to stay in Beijing for more than 1 year to apply for multiple business trips. Submit the original and photocopy of the temporary residence permit when applying.
