The agent has no right to entrust.
If an entrusted agent needs to entrust others for the benefit of the principal, it shall obtain the consent of the principal in advance. If the sub-entrustment is not approved or ratified, the agent shall be responsible for the behavior of the third party entrusted.
Agency authority
The agency authority of a legal agent is stipulated by law, which generally belongs to general agency or full agency, and the scope of agency authority is not particularly limited. The agency authority of the principal depends on the provisions of the power of attorney, and the agent can only act on behalf of the principal within the scope authorized by the principal.
