Ingredients: 1 lemon, 5 kumquat, 2 spoonfuls of honey, a few mint leaves and a medium ice cube.
Exercise:
1. Wash the mint leaves, put them in a small wide-mouthed bowl and soak them in hot water. After cooling mint water, pour it into medium ice cubes and quickly put it in the refrigerator for quick freezing.
2. Wash the lemon and kumquat and drain. Slice the lemon peel, leaving two or three round lemon slices for decoration. Cut the kumquat into four pieces, but don't cut off the roots.
3. Put 800- 1000ml of water into a glass teapot, add two spoonfuls of honey and stir well.
4. Add lemon slices and kumquat in turn and soak for about 15 minutes. If you want to shorten the soaking time, you can squeeze some kumquat and lemon juice first and put them directly into the water.
5. When you want to drink, pour a proper amount into the water glass and add quick-frozen mint ice cubes. It tastes cool and delicious, refreshing and beautiful.
